Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions for utility clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align operations with accounting requirements, and drive solution quality, testing, and deployment across stakeholders.

You will lead functional consultants, coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and integration teams, and oversee cutover and post-go-live stabilization. Travel up to 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including FI-CA.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream end-to-end from requirements to go-live and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, and related controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops and design reviews.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO GL.
• Establish FI-CA controls, posting, reconciliation, and auditability across processes.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution for payments, posting, and period close.
• Manage scope, estimates, risks, and stakeholder decisions with clear options.
