Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions for utilities. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define functional approaches, align receivables and payments with policies, and ensure integration across the SAP IS-U solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA exposure.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional solution design through delivery.
• Ability to lead workshops, governance, and design meetings with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing and GL.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own FI-CA workstream scope, design decisions, and delivery plans.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, and controls.
• Lead requirements, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
• Drive integration across IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and GL.
• Establish financial controls, postings, and reconciliation processes.
• Led cross-workstream alignment and issue resolution.
• Develop functional specs and ensure quality across the workstream.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and coordinate with partners.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution.
• Oversee cutover, training, and production readiness.
