Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define the functional approach, and ensure alignment with business policies and SAP IS-U integration. Travel 40-60% is required.

You will guide cross-functional teams, conduct workshops, manage requirements, and deliver high-quality scalable FI-CA designs across receivables, payments, and clearing within a complex SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U/utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define and govern functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and collections.
• Lead workshops and design reviews translating business requirements into FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration and reconciliation across SAP IS-U modules and external systems.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities for FI-CA processing.
