Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with FI-CA exposure.
• Experience owning FI-CA design and delivery through full lifecycle.
• Travel willingness up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from design to stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and workshops.
• Ensure integration across Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and manage cross-workstream issues.
