Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end FI-CA delivery and integration within the IS-U utility landscape. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align with business policies, and collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care to ensure solution quality and operational readiness.

You will guide functional consultants, drive design decisions, and manage testing, cutover, and stabilization tasks while traveling up to 40-60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA focus, plus 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven experience delivering FI-CA designs across payments and reconciliations.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews with Finance and business.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO, banks, and tax solutions.
• Establish FI-CA financial controls, postings, and reconciliation processes for auditability.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Manage scope, estimates, risks, and stakeholder decisions with program leadership.
