EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end FI-CA workstream for utilities clients in the United States. You will define the functional approach, oversee requirements, design, testing, and deployment, and coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical teams to ensure compliant, value-driven solutions.

You will mentor FI-CA consultants, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and guide cutover and go-live readiness while balancing business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience including FI-CA.
Experience leading a functional workstream or team.
Experience designing FI-CA solutions across payments and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

Owning the FI-CA workstream scope, delivery plans, and outcomes from requirements through deployment.
Defining functional design for receivables, payments, collections, and controls.
Leading workshops and design reviews translating requirements into FI-CA designs.
Driving integration with SAP IS-U Billing, FP/CO GL, and payment providers.
Govern FI-CA financial controls, postings, and reconciliation processes.
Overseeing end-to-end testing, cutover activities, and go-live readiness.
