Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream and align receivables, payments, and financial controls with business policies and accounting requirements.

You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, technical, integration, and program stakeholders to drive solution quality, testing, deployment and operational readiness. A 40-60% travel expectation applies.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
• Experience owning FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.
• Leadership of workshops, design governance, testing, and readiness.
• Ability to collaborate across Billing, Finance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from blueprint to post-go-live support.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses and design reviews.
• Drive integration with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and GL.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operations readiness.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
• Establish financial controls and reconciliation processes.
