Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with policy and accounting requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and readiness.

This role requires deep FI-CA expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, high-volume processes across SAP modules, with travel up to 40-60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience delivering FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading workshops and guiding cross-functional requirements.
• Experience cross-functional integrations with SAP IS-U modules and FI/CO.

Responsibilities

• Own FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, collections, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
• Drive integration with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, banking, and GL.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for FI-CA processes.
• Manage cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
