Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables with business policies, and ensure integration across the broader SAP IS-U solution.

You will lead functional teams, collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care, and drive solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness. Travel is expected 40-60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U FI-CA experience with leadership.
• Experience leading a functional workstream or team.

Responsibilities

• Owning the FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Defining functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and collections.
• Leading workshops and translating requirements into scalable FI-CA solutions.
• Driving integration across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, banks, and SAP FI/CO GL.
• Establishing FI-CA controls, postings, and reconciliation processes.
• Managing cross-workstream dependencies to align end-to-end utility processes.
• Overseeing functional specs, documentation, and design decisions for consistency.
