EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with policy and accounting requirements, and coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care to ensure solution readiness.

You will mentor FI-CA consultants, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and drive testing, cutover, and go-live readiness, while building trusted client relationships across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience delivering FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering and design reviews.
• Drive integration with SAP IS-U Billing, Banking, and GL.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
