EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define the functional approach, and drive integration across SAP IS-U components while guiding cross-functional teams.

Travel up to 40-60% within the US, with the role based Anywhere in Country. You will partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care to ensure solution quality and operational readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience including FI-CA
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, and cutover
• Proven experience leading workshops, design governance, and cross-functional engagements
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder-management skills

Aufgaben

• Owning the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream, including scope, target processes, and delivery plans from requirements through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Defining and governing functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, and related controls.
• Leading requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops, and design reviews to translate requirements into FI-CA designs.
• Driving integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks and payment providers, and SAP FI/CO.
• Establishing FI-CA financial controls, posting and reconciliation processes, ensuring auditability.
• Managing cross-workstream dependencies to align end-to-end utility processes.
• Developing functional specifications, solution documentation, and design decisions for FI-CA.
• Leading and coaching FI-CA functional consultants and coordinating technical partners.
• Overseeing end-to-end testing and defect resolution for FI-CA processing.
• Managing scope, estimates, risks, and escalations with clear communication to leadership.
• Leading cutover and production readiness activities.
