Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with business policies, and ensure integration across SAP IS-U.

You will lead functional teams, drive testing, cutover, and operational readiness, with travel 40-60%. Requires bachelor's degree and 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities, with 3+ years leading a workstream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or utilities experience with FI-CA.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Proven design and delivery of FI-CA solutions.
• Experience with cross-functional governance and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
• Drive integration across billing, customer care, and GL systems.
• Govern testing, cutover, and post-go-live readiness.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
