Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant in the United States to deliver hands-on configuration for utility receivables, payments, and financial processing in SAP FI-CA. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will work with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, and banking partners, providing production support, testing, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including FI-CA.
Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design, testing and production support.

Responsibilities

Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, business relationships, and posting controls.
Design and test payment processing, bank interfaces, and cash desk flows.
Configure dunning, collections, installment plans, and open-item management.
Support FI-CA events, BRF+ rules, and integration with GL and billing.
Prepare functional designs, test cases, and project deliverables.
Execute unit and integration testing and support UATs and defect resolution.
Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO teams to resolve end-to-end issues.
Provide production support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
