Job summary

EY is hiring an SAP IS‑U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands‑on configuration for utility receivables, payments, collections and financial processing in SAP FI‑CA. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate processing across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle.

The role involves collaboration with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, and banking partners, plus production support and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, testing and production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts, business partner relationships, account determination and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing flows, interfaces, and cash desk operations.
• Coordinate FI-CA integration with General Ledger, billing and tax processes.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit/integration testing and support user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for FI-CA related issues.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO teams and other workstreams.
