Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, collections, and financial processing in SAP IS-U FI-CA. You will work with business partners, technical teams, and connected workstreams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will design and test payment processing, dunning, and collections, while configuring FI-CA with GL, Billing, and related interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.
• Understanding FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO General Ledger.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing, bank interfaces, and cash flows.
• Configure dunning, collections, and installments in FI-CA.
• Prepare functional designs, test cases, and process flows.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT.
• Collaborate with billing, customer service, and FI/CO teams to resolve issues.
• Provide production support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
