Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS‑U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, and financial processing in FI‑CA. You will work with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure accurate processing across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role involves collaborating with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, and banking partners, with travel expected at 40–60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including FI‑CA.
Hands‑on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

Configure and support FI‑CA contract accounts, business partner relationships, and open-item processing.
Design and test payment processing interfaces, cash flows, and reconciliations.
Configure clearing strategies, dunning, and installment plans for receivables.
Support FI‑CA events and BRF+ rules for automation and controls.
Analyze FI‑CA integration with GL, billing, tax, and customer-service transactions.
Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail, banking partners, and FI/CO teams to resolve end-to-end issues.
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
