EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, collections, and financial processing in SAP FI-CA. You will work with stakeholders across Billing, FI/CO, and IT to ensure end-to-end processes and reconciliation throughout the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, provide functional guidance, and support testing and production stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including FI-CA.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with payment processing, clearing, collections, dunning, open-item management, and FI-CA account determination.
• Understanding of FI-CA integration with Billing and FI/CO General Ledger.
• Familiarity with meter-to-cash processes and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Experience preparing functional specs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and process flows.
• Experience unit and integration testing and supporting UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production stabilization.
• Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts and related processes.
• Design and test payment processing, interfaces, and payment allocation.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, and open-item management.
• Support FI-CA events, BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL, reconciliation, and period-end impacts on billing and tax.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banking partners, and FI/CO teams to resolve defects.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to business users and technical teams.
• Communicate requirements and decisions with client stakeholders and leadership.
