EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the workstream, define functional approaches, and ensure alignment with metering and field operations while guiding teams and stakeholders through delivery, testing, deployment, and production readiness.

You will drive integration with AMI/MDMS/GIS and related platforms, oversee requirements, design reviews, and cutovers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions across device lifecycle management, meter reading, service orders, field-work processes, and operational controls.

Responsabilités

• Owning the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery through post-go-live stabilization.
• Defining functional design for device lifecycle management, meter reading, field service, and work execution.
• Leading requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, and design reviews.
• Driving end-to-end integration across SAP IS-U and related platforms (AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory, SAP PM, mobile workforce).
• Leading device and field-work process design, including lifecycle, meter reading, service orders, and operational handoffs.
• Managing cross-workstream dependencies to align end-to-end utility processes.
