Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the workstream, align processes with metering and field operations, and ensure reliable utility operations.

You will lead functional consultants, coordinate with vendor and program stakeholders, and drive solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness across SAP IS-U and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; SAP IS-U or Utilities experience preferred.
• 4–6 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities with hands-on device/work management.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery to post-go-live.
• Define functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, and field work.
• Lead requirements, fit-gap, and design reviews translating business needs into SAP IS-U design.
• Drive end-to-end integration with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory, and mobile solutions.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness.
