Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the Device and Work Management workstream, define the functional approach, and ensure alignment with metering, field operations, and broader utility processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solution design and delivery.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory and mobile workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery through deployment and stabilization.
• Define and govern functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service and work execution.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops and design reviews for SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive end-to-end integrations across SAP IS-U and related platforms (AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS).
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness.
