Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the device/work management workstream, define the functional approach, and align SAP IS-U processes with metering and field operations to ensure reliable utility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional team.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U Device and Work Management design and delivery.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory, and mobile workforce.
• Experience leading requirements, fit-gap, design, testing, and cutover activities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream end-to-end.
• Define functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service.
• Lead requirements gathering and design reviews translating requirements into SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive end-to-end integration with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory, and SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for meter-to-cash and field processes.
• Build trusted client relationships and guide transformation priorities.
