Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the workstream, define the functional approach, and align processes with metering and field operations to ensure reliable utility operations.

You will lead functional consultants, coordinate vendor teams, manage dependencies, and drive solution quality, testing, deployment, and operational readiness across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with device/work management.
• Experience leading a functional workstream or team.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream end to end.
• Define functional designs for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end integration with AMI/MDMS/EDM/GIS and related systems.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and production readiness.
