Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the Device and Work Management workstream, define the functional approach, align SAP IS-U processes with metering and field operations, and ensure the solution supports reliable utility operations.

You will lead functional teams and collaborate with business, technical, vendor, and program stakeholders to drive solution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with device/work management exposure.
Experience leading a functional workstream or team.
Experience owning SAP IS-U design and delivery through implementation and stabilization.
Experience integrating SAP IS-U with AMI/MDMS, EDM, GIS and related systems.

Responsibilities

Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery to post-go-live stabilization.
Define functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service, and work execution.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
Drive end-to-end integration with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS and other platforms.
Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
Coach functional consultants and coordinate cross-workstream dependencies.
