Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utilities clients across the United States. You will translate business requirements into effective functional designs and work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Travel flexibility with a willingness to travel (40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions and translate requirements into functional designs.
• Configure SAP IS-U components: business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer data.
• Design and support service-request, notification, and customer-contact processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, field service, and related systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration documentation, test scenarios, data mappings, and other project deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
• Travel to meet client needs (40–60%).
