Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility requirements into functional designs.

The role involves regular travel to meet client needs and collaboration across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and contact-center integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with SAP IS-U exposure.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and test plans.
• Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and field services.
• Prepare functional specs, data mappings and test scenarios.
• Support cutover, data validation and production stabilization.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams.
