EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions within the utility sector. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into practical functional designs across meter-to-cash processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.

Responsabilidades

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start and stop service, and related customer processes.
• Configuring SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and related master data.
• Designing and supporting service-requests, notifications, correspondence, and customer-contacts in SAP IS-U related channels.
• Translating service-operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Analyze customer-impacting exceptions and determine root causes.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration documentation, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
