Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams across the meter-to-cash lifecycle to translate requirements into effective functional designs.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U knowledge, utility industry experience, and excellent communication with clients. Domestic travel (40–60%) is anticipated to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years hands-on in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Travel to meet client needs is expected (40–60%).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for customers and accounts.
• Assist with functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service modules.
• Document business requirements and end-to-end process flows for customer self-service solutions.
• Prepare functional specs, configurations, test scenarios, data mappings and other project deliverables.
• Support unit and integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and production issues.
• Assist data conversion activities including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
