EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions within the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You’ll work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective functional designs across customer, account, and service processes.

The role requires strong SAP IS-U knowledge, utility industry experience, and collaboration across cross-functional teams, with travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3 to 4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years hands-on in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% for client needs.

Mansioni

• Work with clients and internal teams to deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Translate requirements into practical SAP IS-U functional designs across customer, account, contract, premise, and service‑request workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management, and related systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing and production readiness.
• Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to client teams and junior staff.
