Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service-operation requirements into effective functional solutions.

The role requires strong client-service skills, travel up to 40–60%, and experience delivering SAP IS-U Customer Service in a utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Typically, 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes including account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Apply functional knowledge to address complex customer-service requirements and support project delivery.
• Translate requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and end-to-end process flows.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, field service, and external systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Assist with unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing and cutover readiness.
