Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs for customer, account, contract, premise, service-requests, and customer contacts.

Travel up to 60% may be required while delivering functional designs, configurations, testing, and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience with functional requirements, configuration or solution design.
• Experience with customer data, business partner and contract processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance and service processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service components, including business partner and contract data.
• Design service-request and customer-contact processes aligned with SAP IS-U and contact-center solutions.
• Translate operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI‑CA and related systems.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios and data mappings.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT and defect resolution.
