Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service-operation requirements into effective functional solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role involves travel (40–60%) to meet client needs and collaborate across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and other SAP IS-U workstreams.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP IS-U Customer Service knowledge.
• Experience with utility customer-lifecycle processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Configure and test SAP IS-U customer-service components (business partner, contract account, contract, premise).
• Document business requirements, data mappings, and process flows; support testing and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and field service to ensure integrated solutions.
