Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service senior consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utilities clients. You will translate service-operation requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs and collaborate with stakeholders across billing, device management, and digital channels.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and typically 3–4 years in SAP IS-U/Utilities, including hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Customer Service. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically, 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. 3+ years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Gather and analyze requirements for customer, account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, and related processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U components including business partner, contract account, and customer data.
• Design and document end-to-end service workflows aligned with SAP IS-U and meter-to-cash.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and other systems.
• Perform testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
