EY is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utilities. You will translate requirements across the meter-to-cash lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Travel to client sites (40–60%) is expected. A bachelor’s degree and at least 3–4 years in SAP IS-U are preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support end-to-end

Qualifikationen

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Service and related meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience delivering functional designs, configurations, testing, and production support in utilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs.
• Travel to meet client needs is expected (about 40–60%).

Aufgaben

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Configure business partner, contract account, utility contract, and premise data.
• Design service-request, notifications, and customer-contact processes within SAP IS-U.
• Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and field service.
• Analyze exceptions impacting activation, billing readiness, and data changes.
• Prepare functional specs, data mappings, and test scenarios.
• Support unit/integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to client teams.
