Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to help design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U customer service solutions for utility clients. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional SAP IS-U configurations across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The role involves collaboration with business and technical teams, traveling to meet client needs up to 40-60%. A bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of SAP IS-U experience are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Typically, no less than 3 to 4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least three years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes, including account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-60% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Apply functional knowledge and utility industry experience to address customer-service requirements.
• Design and configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, and premises.
• Translate service-operation requirements into customer, account, contract, and service-request workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and data mappings.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Support data conversion activities and post-go-live stabilization.
