Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer‑facing SAP IS‑U solutions for utilities. You’ll translate requirements across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end processes.

You’ll lead functional design, data mapping, testing, and data conversion activities while partnering with cross‑functional teams and clients. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands‑on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer‑service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer‑lifecycle processes including account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start and stop service.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, and premise data.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, correspondence, and customer‑contact processes.
• Translate service‑operation requirements into SAP IS‑U functional designs.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end process impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, and other systems.
• Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute testing and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
