Job summary

EY, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into functional designs across the meter-to-cash lifecycle, including data conversion, testing, and production support. Travel 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3+ years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer service processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and end-to-end flows.
• Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and more.
• Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Support unit and integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Assist data conversion, cutover readiness, and production stabilization.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams.
