Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate utility service requirements into effective functional designs and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role involves regular travel to meet client needs and contributes to end-to-end project delivery, data conversion, and post-go-live support with a focus on quality and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, or solution design in a utility environment.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Apply functional knowledge to address complex customer-service requirements and support project delivery.
• Translate service-operation requirements into SAP IS-U workflows across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.
• Design and document business requirements and end-to-end process flows for customer self-service solutions.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and data mappings.
• Support unit/integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Assist data conversion activities, including data mapping and cutover readiness.
