Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. 3+ years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Proven experience delivering functional requirements, config or design in utilities.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer data and service processes.
• Experience with data conversion, cutover readiness and testing.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer/account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, and service start/stop.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, and premises data.
• Design and support service-requests, notifications, and customer-contact processes.
• Translate operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Analyze exceptions affecting activation, billing readiness, and data changes.
• Prepare functional specs, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit/integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Support data conversion activities and post-go-live stabilization.
