Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients.

You will translate service-operation requirements into end-to-end SAP IS-U workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and travel as needed to meet client needs, contributing to meter-to-cash processes and broader digital transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements and design.
• Experience with customer-service processes in meter-to-cash programs.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% as client needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Configure business partner, contract account, premise, and related data.
• Design service-request, notification, and customer-contact workflows.
• Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, and field service.
• Support testing, data conversion, cutover, and production stabilization.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams and juniors.
