Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, travel as needed, and ensure seamless customer, account, and contract processes, including service requests and notifications.

The role requires 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities, with at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer data concepts and service lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Configure and design SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions and related master data.
• Develop end-to-end workflows for customer self-service and service activation.
• Coordinate cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, and field services.
• Support testing, data mapping, conversion, and cutover activities.
