Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service requirements into effective functional designs.

You will gather requirements, support end-to-end process flows, and contribute to data mapping, cutover readiness, and testing efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• SAP IS-U experience preferred.
• Experience in utility customer-service processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configurations.
• Coordinate with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and other SAP components.
• Lead testing and support UAT, regression, and defect resolution.
• Provide knowledge transfer and document data mappings and processes.
