EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement SAP IS-U customer-facing solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS‑U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer‑service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes, including account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Understanding meter-to-cash processes and dependencies among Customer Service, Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, field service, and connected systems.
• Experience preparing functional specs, configuration docs, test scenarios, and data mappings.
• Experience executing unit/integration testing and supporting UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, cutover, and production stabilization.
• Experience supporting customer and contract data conversion, cutover readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Experience working with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configurations.
• Support service‑request, notification, and customer‑contact processes within SAP IS‑U.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and other modules.
• Analyze exceptions related to service activation, account changes, billing readiness, and data integrity.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows, and data mappings for project deliverables.
• Assist with testing, UAT, regression, and defect resolution.
• Support data conversion activities and cutover readiness.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams and junior staff.
