Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate service-operation requirements into effective functional designs across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, and willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. hands-on delivery.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configurations.
• Support testing, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA and related modules.
• Assist data conversion and cutover readiness activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams.
