Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Customer Service consultant to work with utilities clients nationwide. You will apply functional knowledge to address customer-service requirements and support project delivery.

The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams, traveling to meet client needs, and delivering end-to-end SAP IS-U configurations and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract and customer‑service processes.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and related processes.
• Supporting the functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions and related data.
• Designing and documenting end-to-end process flows for customer self-service and service workflows.
• Coordinating cross‑workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and field service.
