Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer‑facing SAP IS‑U solutions across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective functional designs and data mappings.

You will support end‑to‑end processes, from data conversion to cutover readiness, and collaborate with client teams to deliver reliable solutions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Customer Service and the broader utility meter‑to‑cash process.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP IS-U business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer‑service concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start/stop service, and related customer processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions, including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and related customer master data.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, correspondence, and customer‑contact processes in alignment with SAP IS‑U and contact‑center solutions.
• Translate service‑operation requirements into reliable customer, account, contract, premise, and service‑request workflows.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end process impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management, Retail Choice, digital channels, field service, and external contact‑center systems.
• Analyze customer‑impacting exceptions involving activation, account changes, billing readiness, payment status, field work, and data.
