Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions in the US. You will work with stakeholders to translate utility service requirements into functional SAP IS-U CS designs across meter-to-cash processes.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, prepare functional designs, test scenarios, data mappings and provide knowledge transfer to client teams. Travel up to 40-60% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with SAP IS-U experience.
• 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or utilities experience, with hands-on IS-U CS.
• Experience delivering requirements, configuration, testing and production support.
• Familiarity with customer, business partner, contract data in SAP IS-U.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer, account maintenance, service requests.
• Configure SAP IS-U CS including business partner and contract data.
• Design service-requests, notifications and customer self-service flows.
• Translate requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs.
• Coordinate end-to-end processes across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and more.
