Job summary

EY is hiring an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer‑facing SAP IS‑U solutions across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You’ll translate utility service requirements into practical functional designs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end processes.

You will work with business users and technical teams to ensure successful data conversion, testing, and production support, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, transfers, start and stop service, and related processes.
Configuring SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer master data.
Designing and supporting service‑request, notification, correspondence, and customer‑contact processes aligned with SAP IS‑U and meter‑to‑cash solutions.
Translating service‑operation requirements into SAP IS‑U functional designs and workflows.
Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve cross‑workstream issues and document functional designs.
