Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3+ years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience in functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing and implementation of SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and workflows across meter-to-cash.
• Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and field service.
