Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for U.S. utility transformation programs.

You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate and tariff requirements, and ensure alignment across the meter-to-cash process. You will lead functional teams, supervise testing, cutover, and operational readiness, while engaging client stakeholders to drive solution quality, delivery, and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with hands-on IS-U Billing & Invoicing.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing design through implementation and stabilization.
• Experience with time-of-use/interval billing and EDM integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream end-to-end.
• Define target functional design for billing, tariffs, and schemas.
• Lead requirements, workshops, and design governance.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities.
• Drive testing, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
• Provide functional guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Communicate decisions to business and technology stakeholders.
