EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for US clients. You will own the Billing workstream, translate rate/tariff requirements into scalable solutions, and drive solution quality and operational readiness.

You will lead functional teams, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and manage cutover activities while traveling up to 60% as needed to support client programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including hands‑on with SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing and 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience with time-of-use and/or interval-based billing and EDM integration.
• Experience integrating Billing with related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, FI-CA, Customer Service, bill print).
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution workshops, functional design, testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, and driving decisions with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream, including scope, decisions, delivery plans, quality, risks, and outcomes from design through deployment.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing, including rates, tariffs, scheduling, controls, and high-volume processing requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops, and design governance to translate requirements into scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and related SAP IS-U capabilities such as EDM and meter-to-cash processes.
• Lead design and delivery of complex billing scenarios including time-of-use and interval-based billing, rebilling, and reconciliation.
• Develop functional specs, documentation, configuration standards, and design decisions for consistency and quality.
• Coach functional team members, review deliverables, assign ownership, and resolve cross-workstream issues.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for rates, tariffs, billing cycles, and financial impacts.
• Manage workstream scope, estimates, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder decisions; communicate impacts to operations and schedule.
• Lead cutover planning and billing-cycle transition activities; ensure training and production readiness.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide functional guidance on SAP IS-U Billing capabilities and priorities.
